    Provide competent legal services and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the law.
    Seek continuing education and professional development.
    Decline cases beyond one’s expertise unless collaborating with qualified professionals.
  • Client Interests & Representation
    Act in the best interest of clients while maintaining ethical obligations.
    Provide diligent and prompt legal representation.
    Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential biases.
  • Respect for the Law & Legal System
    Uphold and promote respect for the law and legal institutions.
    Refrain from conduct that undermines justice or legal integrity.
    Report unethical behavior or misconduct within the legal profession.
  • Fairness & Equality
    Treat all clients, colleagues, and parties with respect and fairness.
